Mashup Evaluation
During the filming process of this assignment i found the first two task's the hardest since I'm not to familiar with cameras and the shot types to get.
The TFL video wasn't my best either since it was hard to film in public without making other people around me feel awkward.
Also the editing process was the most hard since it took me ages to even understand Premier Pro.
Other things i found difficult was the second video is very orange because of the lighting which kept changing ( outside lighting effecting the brightness inside ) since it was becoming winter at the time it was hard to plan the filming around a time it would be bright since i have college and the person i was filming is 8 years old and in school.
Other than that nothing else really went wrong.
What went well was the other 2 videos which came after, i felt more confident holding and using the cameras and used a different kind of tripod to make it easier to carry around London.
The editing of the architecture video went well in my opinion, i reckon i got good enough shots and visually appealing shots.
I also tried messing around with the camera settings to make the camera brighter when it got darker.
Overall, i found this project fun and would like to do similar tasks hopefully and enjoyed every moment of it.

Arc evaultion
While filming architecture i came across problems, the first problem i came across was that the camera has a broken focus, and that the memory card had problems saying i was out of storage when i didn't have that much filmed.
Then the camera wouldn't fit on the trip pod so i had to film everything by hand and most shots are shaky due to that reason.
Other than that, everything thing went well and i enjoyed the task and filming.
Editing was good as it didn't take me to long to get everything finished.
I think i got good enough shots and they were appealing to the eye.
Entertainment evaluation
Entertainment Evaluation.
I decided to film my dogs as my entertainment choice, i thought of this since i knew nobody else would do the same idea.
Also, i thought it was a good idea as my dogs have such strong characteristics that could really shine through.
While filming i came across no difficulties. It all went rather well and i got what i wanted.
The only problems i faced was when editing. While editing Premier wouldn't let me use any effects in the video. So there are no transitions.
Filming overall was the best since i could set the scene where i wanted and i could make this into my own thing.
I really enjoyed filming this video since it was my own interpretation of what my dogs enjoy the best and what they find entertaining on a regular basis.
I received some help while filming because i wouldn't of been able to carry the camera/tripod and hold both dogs while going to the park.
If i could change anything, i would change the park location, although i like the park shots i got, i wanted to go wimbledon park and film my dogs swimming in the lake.

Fashion Evaluation
For my fashion video i filmed a 8 year old girl called Saffy Neal, she loves fashion and i thought she'd be great to help me with the task.
The problems i faced while filming was one, the lighting.
I filmed her Wednesday and Thursday when she got back from school. The problem with this is that by 4-5pm the outside lighting was changing which made the lighting in the house darker. You can really see this in my video.
Another problem was I didn't get all the footage i needed due to saffys timetable, she had to get homework/eat dinner/snacks and the time of getting changed inbetween shots.
Other than that i didnt face any other problems with filming.
I faced a few problems editing, the effects to balance:/change lighting on my video wasn't working since the effects say they are locked.
Another problem was the ending of yh video it wouldn't let me fade out the music so the video comes to a sudden stop.
Overall, i am happy with the video. I would of changed the timings of filming (weekends ) however it wasn't possible due to the deadline on the friday.
tfl evaluation & Promo docs
During filming the TFL promo video for Sky, I experienced some difficultys.
Some shots were lower quality than others due to the switch in cameras.
Other shots were perfectly clear.
These are also some of the other difficulties I experienced; the tripod wasn't secure enough ( maybe broken ) so i had to keep the camera in hand to prevent any breakage of the camera.
Also back to the camera problem, the first camera i booked out was an old Canon which had a few focusing problems which made me switch.
Another problem was timing. I went to london at 5am to film but the footage wasn't good enough quality therefore had to go back to college get a new camera and go back up to London. Which by then only had 2 hours to get there film and back in time.
Editing i enjoyed because i find editing the videos more enjoyable than filming.
Overall, if i had to change anything i would be more well equipped and try the equipment before booking one out.

The last king of Scotland
1) As the sequence begins, what sounds do we hear before the music begins?
- We hear the musical instrument the Accordion being played while a man is singing, there are noises of birds chirping and a nose of door opening.
2) As the music begins we only see Nicholas' face, not what
he see's. How is the music used to indicate that all is not well?
- The music goes from a light well played tune and as soon as you see the side of Nicholas' face the music turns dark and gloomy.
3) How does the music change as he picks up the photograph? What mood or emotion is suggested?
- When Nicholas picks up the photograph the camera does a close up of the photo and then a side view of his face, he seems calm when looking at the photo but puts it down in a way that he is ashamed and seems to be in a little disbelief.
4) As he notices the envelope, how does the music indicate that it is unlikely to contain good news?
- The music paces up and the speed is almost as if you can feel Nicholas's adrenaline rush. The music does a massive build up of excitement.
5) How does the music change as he opens the envelope and discovers his new Ugandan passport? What does the music tell us about Nicholas's feelings?
- The music changes from a fast pace to a slow dark pace with gloomy tones to show his let down feelings and feeling trapped and that he can't escape this emotion.
Although there is no speaking the silence is heard for a few seconds without the music to give an impact of confusion.
6) The image changes to blurred headlamps. A new style of music is heard. Try to describe this music and how it changes as he gets to the door.
- The music changes to a subtle calm tone maybe to hide what he's done and to not show any emotion whatsoever to the person at the door.
There is a slight use of Pleoanastic sound, the knocking is loud and would be used as a great use to emphasise the panic and confusion Nicholas is feeling on the door while trying to stay calm.

Goodnight Mr Tom. 500 words.
Film of Choice - Goodnight Mister Tom
Adaption by Carlton Television, originally a book by Michelle Magorian.
In the introduction to the film there is a large panning shot which goes around 180 degrees of the scene.
There is a fading cut away while the panning shot is transitioning into a new shot to start introducing one of the main protagonist's in the film Mr.Tom.
The camera follows down from the air down so that you can see the street and the actors walking around.
The camera then follows Mr.Tom while he is walking around the corner.
There is a slow pace of the camera slowly zooming out and heading backwards, as the camera then turns direction to a birds eye view of Mr Tom walking to a church.
Shot Reverse shot is used in this scene to show the connection between both characters, the cameras switch over one anthers shoulders while the opposite person is talking.
The camera then switches to a point of view shot, where you can see as if you are Mr Tom staring at the priest.
A conversation between the priest and Mr Tom finishes and then Mr Tom is staring at the ladies behind the priest, in the scene he tilts his head to look and then the camera cuts to the women.
The camera does a Eye line match from what Mr Tom was staring at.
The type of pace in this scene is the camera cutting fast from each character to the next with no breath of the characters to show the conflict which is happening giving the audience a tense but thrilling sensation.
The contrast is being used in this shot to make the dark's appear darker to give the viewer the reality of the situation which is being viewed and felt by the characters.
The contrast effect to edit the dark colours darker than they already are is to give to show the sadness.

The shot not only shows the close interaction but also shows the relationship between them and seeing a close face of their facial expressions being show at the same time reacting to each others words.
This bike scene has the camera in a first person shot, it shows what the character is seeing from their perspective to give you a better insight into what they're seeing and how they will feel about what they're doing.
The final ending scene has flash backs to the happy times Mr.Tom and William have shared together, they're fast pacing shots to show the good times and how quickly they can pass, however still give the effect that they go fast so you can make many more memories.
