Contracts

Types of contracts:
Contract.
There are many various examples of contracts such as;
Mobile phone contracts.
Marriage & Divorce.
Social media contracts which require you to sign to their terms and conditions.
Express contacts: Is where the parties clearly state the terms and conditions by speaking or the contract by being written down as an offer.
Formal contract : Where parties have signed and confirmed what they are stating for.
Informal: One which hasn't been confirmed.

Regulatory contracts 

Is allowing those who upload videos and letting those have an opportunity to make money for themselves and the company itself.

Also by agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract you are signing up for.

With the intentions to create legal relationship to constitute a valid contract there should be intention to create legal relationship between two parties. 


Agreements of social or domestic nature do not contemplate legal relations.


Ethical contracts

In order to have a legally binding contract, majourity contracts will contain these two elements.
- All parties must and have to agree about an offer made by another party and accepted by the other.

- Anything worth of value must be exchanged for something else of value. This can include types of goods, cash, services, or a pledge to exchange any of these items.

Implied contracts - Contacts which are implied are contracts that are implied within the law. A implied contract holds of obligations which are from mutual agreement and to promise which have not been spoken in any form of wording.

Our contracts with sky.

For our contract with sky was Formal since, we was given a brief and production tasks which was needed to help bring the whole production together.
 we accepted the tasks and stayed to the brief and tasks/topics which was assigned to us weekly.
