Contracts

Types of contracts:

Contract.

There are many various examples of contracts such as;

Mobile phone contracts.

Marriage & Divorce.

Social media contracts which require you to sign to their terms and conditions.

Express contacts: Is where the parties clearly state the terms and conditions by speaking or the contract by being written down as an offer.
Formal contract : Where parties have signed and confirmed what they are stating for.
Informal: One which hasn't been confirmed.

Regulatory contracts 

Is allowing those who upload videos and letting those have an opportunity to make money for themselves and the company itself.

Also by agreeing to the terms and conditions of the contract you are signing up for.

With the intentions to create legal relationship to constitute a valid contract there should be intention to create legal relationship between two parties. 

Agreements of social or domestic nature do not contemplate legal relations.

Ethical contracts

In order to have a legally binding contract, majourity contracts will contain these two elements.

- All parties must and have to agree about an offer made by another party and accepted by the other.

- Anything worth of value must be exchanged for something else of value. This can include types of goods, cash, services, or a pledge to exchange any of these items.

Implied contracts - Contacts which are implied are contracts that are implied within the law. A implied contract holds of obligations which are from mutual agreement and to promise which have not been spoken in any form of wording.

Our contracts with sky.

For our contract with sky was Formal since, we was given a brief and production tasks which was needed to help bring the whole production together.
 we accepted the tasks and stayed to the brief and tasks/topics which was assigned to us weekly.

Mashup Evaluation

During the filming process of this assignment i found the first two task's the hardest since I'm not to familiar with cameras and the shot types to get.

The TFL video wasn't my best either since it was hard to film in public without making other people around me feel awkward.

Also the editing process was the most hard since it took me ages to even understand Premier Pro.

Other things i found difficult was the second video is very orange because of the lighting which kept changing ( outside lighting effecting the brightness inside ) since it was becoming winter at the time it was hard to plan the filming around a time it would be bright since i have college and the person i was filming is 8 years old and in school.

Other than that nothing else really went wrong.

What went well was the other 2 videos which came after, i felt more confident holding and using the cameras and used a different kind of tripod to make it easier to carry around London.

The editing of the architecture video went well in my opinion, i reckon i got good enough shots and visually appealing shots.

I also tried messing around with the camera settings to make the camera brighter when it got darker.

Overall, i found this project fun and would like to do similar tasks hopefully and enjoyed every moment of it.

Arc evaultion

While filming architecture i came across problems, the first problem i came across was that the camera has a broken focus, and that the memory card had problems saying i was out of storage when i didn't have that much filmed.

Then the camera wouldn't fit on the trip pod so i had to film everything by hand and most shots are shaky due to that reason.

Other than that, everything thing went well and i enjoyed the task and filming.

Editing was good as it didn't take me to long to get everything finished.

I think i got good enough shots and they were appealing to the eye.

Entertainment evaluation

Entertainment Evaluation.

I decided to film my dogs as my entertainment choice, i thought of this since i knew nobody else would do the same idea.

Also, i thought it was a good idea as my dogs have such strong characteristics that could really shine through.

While filming i came across no difficulties. It all went rather well and i got what i wanted.

The only problems i faced was when editing. While editing Premier wouldn't let me use any effects in the video. So there are no transitions.

Filming overall was the best since i could set the scene where i wanted and i could make this into my own thing.

I really enjoyed filming this video since it was my own interpretation of what my dogs enjoy the best and what they find entertaining on a regular basis.

I received some help while filming because i wouldn't of been able to carry the camera/tripod and hold both dogs while going to the park.

If i could change anything, i would change the park location, although i like the park shots i got, i wanted to go wimbledon park and film my dogs swimming in the lake.
